Charitable contributions made through this Site are received and administered by The Columbus Foundation in accordance with its policies and procedures. The Columbus Foundation retains exclusive legal control over all donated assets. The AKET Fund may recommend, but cannot direct, the use of donated funds. Contributions are irrevocable and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. Donors should consult their tax advisors regarding deductibility.
